A Hedge witch is a solitary witch who has spent  great energy in learning the ways of nature, the seasons, the cycles of the moon, and the movement of the stars,someone who believes that she can make a difference to the world, with her intent, added to her knowledge.

 Hedge witches do not usually belong to covens, preffering to go their way alone along the teaching paths of the craft.

 Often they have a mentor, who will make their minds ask the right questions, so that they can find the right answers.

A hedgewitch will use sympathetic magic to do spells, and relieve difficult energies. They celebrate the cycles of the year  believing that special days take and give energy to the world and  all its life  forms.

They are able to utilise this power, but believe that all that they do will return to them threefold, so they are advised not to harm.
